The UNI Wetlands Demonstration Park is owned by the City of Cedar
Falls and offers a large lake with recreational opportunities. UNI’s
Tallgrass Prairie Center planned the plantings.
Future plans include a fishing jetty and walking trail connecting to
Birdsall Park and UNI. This area symbolizes the benefits of partnership
among the City, schools and the University. Congratulations to all.
The more we work together, the more we achieve.
