followed at Lansink Homes:
- Initial meeting (consultation) between
the client and contractor
- Design phase, finding a house plan,
which can run from one to six months
- Bidding the design from two to four
weeks
- Approval of the final design and
the bid, signing the contract
- Construction, which is extremely
dependent upon the size and detail of the project
- Closing
- Move in
Q: What will my house cost?
A: The price/square foot is based on the wants and needs of the home owner.
Building a house is a lot like buying a car. We start with a base price
but many options can be added.
Q: When can you start building
our home?
A: The start date is always dependent upon the
contractor’s existing
work schedule and the time of year. It also depends on how quickly we move
through the beginning stages of the building process of deciding upon a house
plan and then bidding it. |
