Lansink Homes has its own in-house framing crew. They are responsible for the framing, sheeting, installation of windows, and siding. The finish crew installs doors, trim work, all cabinetry (most of which is hand built), and all tiling. An outstanding feature of Lansink Homes is the intricate tiling pattern seen on the floors and walls. Ceramic, porcelin, and glass tiles are used.

Subcontractors are hired for: Excavating, concrete work, insulating, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sound system, painting, roofing, underground sprinkler system, landscaping.
